Conclusion:
PPS unsuccessfully appealed the Independent Assessor´s findings relative to Workforce Strategy Spending.

Mt. Sinai PPS appealed the IA´s Workforce Strategy Spending determination of FAIL for failing to submit its workforce spending data. In its appeal the PPS acknowledged "a clerical error was made by omitting the data input of the actual workforce spend" and submitted the Workforce Strategy Spending data with the appeal. The IA reviewed the documents presented in conjunction with the PPS' position and concluded that the IA must uphold its original determination as the Workforce Strategy Spending data was not submitted timely with the DY1, Q4 Quarterly Report submission.
