October 7, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators (BENHA) Meeting (Public Session) Public Health Law sections 2896-a and 2896-b establish the New York State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators (BENHA) and its responsibilities and authorities, which include, (a) establishing nursing home administrator licensure qualifications; and (b) taking disciplinary action against licensed nursing home administrators who violate New York State rules and regulations or Article 28-D of the Public Health Law. The BENHA is also authorized to adopt regulations concerning the licensure and practice of nursing home administration. The BENHA is statutorily required to meet at least once every six months. None
October 22, 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm Early Intervention Coordinating Council Task Forces Meeting The Early Intervention Coordinating Council task forces will convene on October 22, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The Early Intervention Coordinating Council is established in Public Health Law to advise and assist the New York State Department of Health as the lead state agency for the Early Intervention Program which provides services to infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. November 12, 2026 10:00am - 3:30pm New York State Medicaid Evidence Based Benefit Review Advisory Committee (EBBRAC) Meeting The New York State Medicaid Evidence Based Benefit Review Advisory Committee (EBBRAC) will hold an in-person meeting on November 12, 2026, at SUNY, 116 East 55th Street, New York, NY 10022, from 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. EBBRAC is charged with assisting the New York State Department of Health in examining new and emerging services/technologies, as well as existing services/benefits currently included in the Medicaid benefit package. The Committee will review Heartflow FFRct Analysis for Noninvasive Identification of Coronary Artery Disease. The Executive Session will not be recorded.
