#20546 Occupational Health Clinic Network Amendment
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
The New York State Department of Health intends to contract with Upstate Family and Preventative Medicine for the term July 1, 2024- June 30, 2026. Upstate Family and Preventative Medicine will provide services to Eastern New York region of the Occupational Health Clinic Network for a period of two years while the Department conducts a competitive procurement as a long term solution. Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of Upstate Family and Preventative Medicine, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
