#20571 Occupational Health Clinic Network
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
The New York Department of Health will increase the value to the existing contracts associated with the Occupational Health Clinic Network for the term 7/1/24-6/30/25. The clinics provide occupational medicine and health services for the entire NYS. The $5 million will be distributed amongst the existing grantees based on the same proportion that was used under RFA #20162.
