On 11/13/24 The New York State Office of the State Comptroller’s Bureau of Contracts approved a request for exemption from giving notice in the New York State Contract Reporter for Unkechaug Nation for general information about COVID-19, the importance of COVID- 19 vaccinations, and to develop reminder systems to reach the community effectively. The Nation has asked for additional time to complete these services. This opportunity would allow for the expansion of previous year efforts through the offering of a series of workshops and educational sessions on COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccine as requested by the community.
