#20627 Eat Well Play Hard in Child Care Settings (EWPHCCS)
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
Description: The New York State Department of Health intends to contract the Child Care Council. Inc., New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Child Care Council of Nassau, and the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oneida to provide Eat Well Play Hard in Child Care Settings (EWPHCCS) services for the term 10/1/22 – 9/30/27. A competitive procurement for this service was not feasible because two unsuccessful competitive procurements were already released for this service. Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of the selected contractors, an additional competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
