CRER # 20742 Migrant and Seasonal Worker Program
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health Migrant and Seasonal Worker Program has made a determination to issue a Single Source Procurement to 11 eligible vendors to support ongoing currently funded projects.
Migrant and Seasonal Worker Program aims to extend eleven (11) contracts for seven (7) months. The program provides access to high quality, culturally and linguistically appropriate health and social support services with the goal to improve the health status of migrant and seasonal workers and their families. Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
