CRER # 20767 Migrant and Seasonal Worker Program

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health Migrant and Seasonal Worker Program has made a determination to issue a Single Source Procurement to three eligible grantees to support ongoing currently funded projects.

Award grants to public and non-for-profit, community-based health and/or human service organizations to provide access to quality, culturally and linguistically appropriate health and social support services. The goal is to improve the health status of Migrant and Seasonal Workers and their families, defined as individuals who are employed in agriculture or other employment on a seasonal basis.
