Single Source Procurement: New York State of Health Quality Assurance Services
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
NTT Data will continue to provide QA services to support the design, development, and implementation, as well as operations and maintenance of the NYSoH. This extension will allow for continuity of service during the release, review, and approval of a competitive procurement for New York State of Health Quality Assurance services.
Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of the selected firm/entity, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
