Single Source Procurement: Uniform Assessment System
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The Department currently has a contract in place. This amendment will allow the Department to competitively re-procure for services and continue receiving services without any lapse during this period.
