CRER #C037256 X-7 Single Source Procurement: Outreach, Education, Training and Technical Assistance for Local Health Departments
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
The Department of Health Office of Local Health Services is adding both value and scope of work to the existing New York State Association of County Health Officials (NYSACHO). The additional funding and scope of work will promote activities focused on improving immunization rates.
Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of the selected entity, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
