Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health Wadsworth Center Division of Environmental Health Sciences has made a determination to issue Single Source Procurements with Revvity Health Science, Inc. This contract will allow the Department to perform mandated radiological surveillance in New York State and research in radiological sciences with the Quantulus GCT Liquid Scintillation Counter.
