Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
These contracts support the expansion of Pre-exposure Prophylaxis access in medically underserved areas. These contracts will receive additional funding to further address health equity and the social determinants of health needs of Black, Brown and LatinX New Yorkers where HIV and sexually transmitted infection (STI) are most prevalent.
