The Perinatal and Infant Community Health Collaborative Center for Community Action (PICHC CCA) will promote a standard of excellence for the delivery of perinatal and infant health services through the provision of training, technical assistance, and expertise to agencies funded by the NYSDOH Perinatal and Infant Community Health Collaborative (PICHC) Initiative.
