Dear Dr. Zucker:
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is issuing technical corrections to the Partnership Plan section 1115 of the Social Security Act (the Act) demonstration (Project No. 11-W-00114/2) to ensure that the Special Terms and Conditions (STCs) reflect how the state is currently operating its demonstration based on the March 31,2014 and April14, 2014 amendments.
Specifically, we are revising the STCs approved on March 31, 2014 and April14, 2013, respectively, to reflect the following:
- Correct typographical errors throughout the document; and,
- Correct paragraph citations in Section IX and X of the STCs.
Please also note as a part of this package, CMS has included, as an attachment, the claiming protocols for the state's designated state health programs (DSHP) that are approved for funding as part of the state's delivery system reform incentive payment (DSRIP) program. We look forward to continuing to work with the state to finalize the protocols for the remaining programs.
The demonstration expenditure and waiver authorities remain in place. Any questions regarding Partnership Plan may be directed to your project officer, Jessica Woodard. Ms. Woodard can be reached at (410) 786-9249 or Jessica.Woodard@cms.hhs.gov.
We look forward to continuing to work with you and your staff.
Sincerely,
Angela D. Garner
