This letter is to inform you that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approves the revised evaluation of New York´s Federal-State Health Reform Partnership (F-SHRP) for New York´s Partnership Plan section 1115 demonstration (Project No. 11-W-00114/2). The revised evaluation adequately addresses CMS questions regarding the state´s plan for addressing report findings.
