The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is issuing technical corrections to the New York section 1115(a) Medicaid demonstration, titled "Medicaid Redesign Team" (MRT) (Project Number 11–W–001142/2), which was approved on August 2, 2019 under the authority of section 1115(a) of the Social Security Act ("the Act"). The technical corrections ensure that the Special Terms and Conditions (STC) reflect how the state is currently operating its demonstration.

Changes made include clarifying the expenditure, waiver authorities and updating cross references.
