Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) Performance Tables

Overview

Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) plans provide health and long-term care services to keep eligible individuals healthy and living in the community. There are three types of MLTC plans: Partial Capitation, Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP). Each plan covers the same base set of services, with certain plans covering additional services. To be eligible for any plan, you must meet certain age, health-status, and living arrangement requirements.

These MLTC Performance Tables present information about each plan’s enrollee attributes, quality of care, and enrollee satisfaction from the most recent MLTC Report. For information about the data used and measure definitions, please refer to the corresponding Quality Performance Reports which is available in PDF format on this website. Values of SS (Small Sample) or NS (Not Surveyed) in the MLTC Report PDF are shown in the eMLTC tables and on Health Data NY as SS. Table 3: Health Plan Profiles is available only in the Report PDF. Results for additional evaluation periods are available at the Related Websites Health Data NY link listed below.
