MAP Plans´ Disenrollment If Enrollee Has Been Absent 30 (or 90) days
The following Medicaid Advantage Plus Plans may initiate disenrollment when the enrollee has been absent from the plan´s service area for more than 30 consecutive days:
- AgeWell New York MAP LLC
- Centers Plan for MAP
- Elderplan, Inc
- Empire MediBlue HealthPlus Duals Plus
- Hamaspik Medicare Choice
- Healthfirst CompleteCare
- Integra Synergy MAP
- MetroPlus Health Ultracare
- RiverSpring MAP
- Senior Whole Health of New York MAP
- VillageCare Max MAP
- VNSNY CHOICE Total
The following Medicaid Advantage Plus Plans may initiate disenrollment when the enrollee has been absent from the plan´s service area for more than 90 consecutive days:
- Wellcare Fidelis Dual Plus
