| Plans will receive an effective date for the following month as long as Plans submit on the last day of the Plans submission window by 12 PM. | |
| During the Public Health Emergency, the Intent to Disenroll notice from the Plan must be sent to the consumer at least 30 days prior to the disenrollment effective date. | |
| NYMC will send out an Involuntary Disenrollment notice to members. It will allow 10 calendar days, prior to the effective date, for the consumer to request a Fair Hearing if they decide to request one. | |
