The purpose of this alert is to serve as a reminder that ongoing compliance of the Home Care Worker Wage Parity law in New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties begins on March 1, 2020. Forms certifying compliance with the law must be submitted via email to HCWorkerParity@health.ny.gov.
