DSRIP Support Team - Funding Availability Solicitation No. 15658
Issued by New York State Department of Health - Office of Primary Care and Health Systems Management and the Office of Health Insurance Programs.
The 2014-15 State Budget amends Section 364-j of the Social Services Law to give the Commissioner of Health authority to enter into contracts "without a competitive bid or request for proposal process" as prescribed in the State Finance Law, for the purpose of assisting DOH with implementing projects authorized under the waiver amendment (i.e., DSRIP). The Commissioner must select the contractor that in his or her discretion is best suited to serve this purpose.
