Electronic Clinical Laboratory Reporting System (ECLRS)

The Electronic Clinical Laboratory Reporting System (ECLRS) is operated by the NYS Department of Health (NYSDOH) and available to Eligible Hospitals (EHs) inside and outside the five boroughs of NYC.

The ECLRS registry collects reportable laboratory test results from EHs and CAHs on cancer, communicable diseases, heavy metals, and HIV/AIDS.
