The New York State Medicaid Directory for Private Duty Nurses

The PDN Directory provides a list of private duty nurses serving medically fragile children and adults by service area within New York State. The directory includes information beneficial to families, caregivers and providers and has been created to better match medically fragile children and adults with a nurse so they can get the care they need. PDNs who choose to be included in the directory will receive enhanced rates of reimbursement for accepting PDN cases.
