Across the Board (ATB) Reductions

The FY 2023 Enacted Budget eliminated the 1.5% Across-the-Board (ATB) Reduction, effective for claims of service dated April 1, 2022 and beyond. Claims submitted after March 31, 2022 for dates of service prior to April 1, 2022 would still be subject to the 1.5% ATB Reduction as outlined below.

• 1.5% ATB Reduction - effective April 2, 2020 - March 31, 2022
• 1% ATB Reduction - effective January 1, 2020 - April 1, 2020
• 2% ATB Reduction - effective April 2011 - March 2015
