Every hospital and birth center in New York State must provide every new parent the option to view the video Never, Ever, Shake a Baby to help new parents prevent infant and childhood brain injuries. Please have new parents complete the Parent Signature Form indicating that have they have either viewed or declined to view this video.
In addition to the hospital video, videos for day care providers, nurses, and new dads are also available.
