Private Well PFAS Testing and Mitigation Rebate Pilot Program Accredited Post-Treatment Testing Laboratory List

After you install an in-home treatment system, you must submit test results from a New York State accredited laboratory that shows that the system has reduced PFOA and PFOS levels below 10.0 nanograms per liter before you can receive your rebate. The cost of one post-installation water test is eligible for reimbursement.

Use the table below to find an New York State accredited laboratory for this test. Failure to use a New York State lab accredited in either of these methods may result in denial of your rebate application.

The laboratories in the table below are all New York State accredited in EPA Method 537.1, Version 2 or EPA Method 533. Make sure you or your contractor uses one of these laboratories to ensure it is New York State accredited in at least one of the eligible methods.
