The New York State Advisory Council on Lead Poisoning Prevention will meet on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM to provide updates on NYS Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, NYS Lead Rental Registry, and Lead in School Drinking Water. This meeting will be held in person at the following locations:

  • Empire State Plaza Concourse, Meeting Room #1, Albany, NY 12242
  • Erie County Department of Health, 503 Kensington Ave, Buffalo, NY 14214

The meeting may also be viewed via live Webcasting (link).

Public Comments: Public comment may occur at either of the in-person locations. Public comment can also be submitted in writing in advance of the meeting by emailing lppp@health.ny.gov. Written comments may be received until close of business on Friday, October 16, 2026. We request that those who make comments identify themselves and their affiliation.

Webcasts of the meetings are posted on the New York State Advisory Council on Lead Poisoning Prevention website within two weeks following the meeting.

The State Camp Safety Advisory Council will meet at 10:30 A.M. at the New York State Museum Meeting Room A/B, 222 Madison Avenue, Albany, NY. The meeting can also be viewed remotely by pre-registering at meetny-gov.webex.com/weblink/register/r1425d3e32d8c885d43ba2cd945815ab1. Remote viewers cannot ask questions during the meeting but may submit questions or comments to the Council in advance to rec.section@health.ny.gov until October 16th.

Meeting Room A/B is in the sub-level of the New York State Museum. Please refer to the map at nysm.nysed.gov/visit/map for locations of elevators and escalators to reach the lower level of the museum.

Driving directions and parking information are available at nysm.nysed.gov/visit. The Madison Visitor Lot is closest to the museum. Additional visitor parking is available in the Visitor Lot/P-3 beneath the Empire State Plaza Concourse.

The New York State Medicaid Evidence Based Benefit Review Advisory Committee (EBBRAC) will hold an in-person meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at The State University of New York, Global Classroom, 116 East 55th Street, New York, NY 10022 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. EBBRAC is charged with assisting the New York State Department of Health in examining new and emerging services/technologies, as well as existing services/benefits currently included in the Medicaid benefit package.

The Committee will review: Heartflow FFRct Analysis for Noninvasive Identification of Coronary Artery Disease.
