Schedule of Report and Payment Due Dates
January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025
Below is the mandatory filing/payment due date for Health Facility Cash Assessment Reports (even if there is no activity to report).
Reports and payments must be received by the Office of Pool Administration no later than midnight, Eastern Time, of the 15th day following the report month (adjusted for weekends and holidays). Since providers cannot determine their monthly Cash Assessment liability until sometime following the last day of the respective reporting month, reports cannot be filed prior to the end of the respective reporting month.
