Report/Payment Due Dates
Below are the mandatory due dates for Health Facility Cash Assessment Reports.
Note: reports are still required even if there is no activity to report.
Reports and payments must be received by the Office of Pool Administration no later than 11:59 PM ET, of the 15th day following the report month (adjusted for weekends and holidays).
Reports cannot be filed prior to the end of the report month as providers cannot determine their monthly Cash Assessment liability until after the report month has ended.
