Family Health Plus Employer Buy-in

The FHP Employer Buy-In allows all New York State employers to purchase the Family Health Plus benefi t package for their employees from health plans as they would any other health insurance at a rate developed by the New York State Department of Health. The FHP Employer Buy-In is open to all employers regardless of size, type, or income level of employees.
