RE: Clarification #7 for Measurement Year (MY) 2024 Updates
Dear Colleague,
This letter contains information about the 2024 Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements (QARR) Technical Specifications: NYS MY2024 QARR List of Required Measures (Table1). The file is posted on our Managed Care Information for Health Plans page. The revised specifications should be used in the plans' processing for MY2024 QARR.
This clarification includes the following changes made to the MY2024 QARR reporting requirements.

[https://www.health.ny.gov/health_care/managed_care/qarrfull/qarr_2024/tech_spec_table1.htm] *SNS-E for QHP is not required for Patient Level Detail (PLD) reporting in MY2024. Data should be submitted via the IDSS file to NCQA. There are no changes to the Exchange PLD file. |
