RE: Clarification #2 for Measurement Year (MY) 2025 Updates

Dear Colleague,

This letter contains information about the 2025 Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements (QARR) Technical Specifications and updates to the MY2025 Value sets. The files are posted on our Managed Care Information for Health Plans page. The revised specifications should be used in the plans' processing for MY2025 QARR.

This clarification includes the following changes made to the MY2025 QARR reporting requirements.

2	6/12/25	MY2025 QARR Value Sets	Value set names for: NYS Opioid Use and Dependence and the NYS Alcohol Use and Dependence have been updated to match 2025 Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements (QARR) Technical Specifications Manual (2025 QARR/HEDIS® 2025).
