2025 Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements (QARR)

RE: Clarification #6 for Measurement Year (MY) 2025 Updates

Dear Colleague,

This letter contains information about the NYS MY2025 QARR List of Required Measures (Table 1) and the MY2025 PLD File Specifications (PDF). The files are posted on our Managed Care Information for Health Plans page. The revised specifications should be used in the plans’ processing for MY2025 QARR.

This clarification includes the following changes made to the MY2025 QARR reporting requirements.

    removed reporting requirements for Combo 3 and Combo 7. Column numbering updated accordingly.
