DSRIP PPS Lead & Financial Stability Test

The DSRIP PPS Lead & PPS Lead Financial Stability Test application and DSRIP PPS Lead & PPS Lead Financial Stability Test Excel Tool were available for completion by potential PPS Lead organizations. The completed application, along with all supporting documentation were due by November 10, 2014. An organization that did not submit the completed application documents by the due date, were not be eligible to serve as a PPS Lead organization.
