PPS Quarter 2 AV Scorecard

The Independent Assessor provided the PPS with a detailed breakdown of Achievement Values and the corresponding payments earned for this payment period via the AV Scorecard.

The AV Scorecard. details the Total AVs Possible and Total AVs Earned for the PPS as well as the Total Performance Payment Available and Total Performance Payment Earned by the PPS for the 2nd Quarterly Report. The AV Scorecard. details the AVs for Domain 1 milestones as well as for the Pay for Reporting (P4R) measures associated with each Domain 2, Domain 3 and Domain 4 project the PPS has chosen to implement.

The AV Scorecard pertains only to Semi-Annual Performance Payments.

Navigating the AV Scorecard

The "AV Scorecard Summary" is a summary page of all AVs available and earned as well as all payments available and earned. It contains the detailed payment breakdown per project for each PPS for DY1, Q2.

The scoresheet provides a detailed breakdown of milestones, dates, status, reviewer comments, and AVs awarded. The individual project scoresheets contain a table on the upper right hand corner which provides a payment snapshot for that project including payments earned this quarter and payments earned to date. The PPS will note that all P4R AVs have been awarded for this quarter.

The Domain 1 - Organizational scoresheet explains what Organizational AVs were earned; however there are no payments attached. The Organizational AVs apply to each project and payments earned are reflected in the scoresheet for each project.
