Session 2 - Contracting and Risk Management
The second installment of the VBP Bootcamp series will familiarize participants with VBP contracting as well as risk management techniques. It will provide real life experience and examples of strategizing and contracting value-based arrangements. A discussion panel will feature guests that had experience contracting VBP arrangements in the region; they will share their thoughts on contracting and implementation challenges, and lessons learned.
