VNSNY Choice, a Partial Capitation MLTC plan in New York State, acquired the Independence Care Services (ICS) Partial Capitation membership effective April 1, 2019, and agreed to offer an extended twelve month continuity of care to ICS members. A summary of the status of service authorization for ICS enrollees who transferred to VNSNY Choice one year following expiration of the continuity of care period is presented below. Members averaged an increase of 0.7 hours.
