Update to 2024 Map Pull-Down Date for Enrollment Processing

Please be aware the Bureau of Managed Long Term Care (BMLTC), in conjunction New York Medicaid Choice (NYMC), will be updating its monthly member enrollment processing pull-down date from the 20th of each month to the 25th of each month for MLTC MAP product lines of business only. The change in monthly pull-down date will take effect on January 25, 2024, for February 2024 enrollments.

This change is to assist in aligning monthly Medicare MAP enrollments to Medicaid MAP enrollments. To assist MAP Plans in preparing for this change, the anticipated 2024 MAP Pull-Down enrollment schedule is attached. To allow for holidays or weekends, please refer to the attached schedule to view the appropriate pull-down date.
