Goals:
- Prevent childhood obesity through early child-care and schools

- Prevent underage drinking, non-medical use of prescription pain relievers drugs by youth, and excessive alcohol consumption by adults
- Increase access to and awareness of mental health services
Interventions:
- Worksite, community based and primary care interventions to promote healthy nutrition, activity and weight loss
- Hospital, family practice, WIC, worksite and community based breast feeding initiatives
- Screening for behavioral health issues in primary care
- Screening of youth and children aged 5-18 for behavioral health issues
- Create varied community educational opportunities to prevent prescription drug abuse
- Install 3 drug disposal boxes within Greene County
