 - The PE4Life program has been discontinued
 - Offer Guthrie bariatrician expertise re: approaches to dealing with obesity in children
 - Support current programs, and develop others,focused on improving childhood fitness and reducing childhood obesity, as identified through Fit and Strong Together (FAST), a local coalition comprising community, hospital, physician, educational, fit ness center, and public health representatives
 - Promote Walk with a Doc program throughout Guthrie markets, the Pop Can Fun Run for children at Corning Hospital; and Know Your Health Numbers campaign (FAST)
 - Use traditional and social media to inform target audiences,encourage participation and report results
 - Align Corning Hospital practices with Breast Friendly Hospital guidelines
 - Increase the availability, accessibility and use of evidence-based interventions in self-care management in clinical and community settings
 - Offer health screenings targeted to specific populations, as well as presentations on important health topics to the public
 - Educate health professionals to talk with patients about weight, nutrition and physical activity
 - Continue to offer programs like the HealthWorks Diabetes Support Group, which meets monthly providing speakers on a variety of topics and health issues related to diabetes
 - Reduce sodium content in meals served in Corning Hospital's cafeteria; offer Healthy Choice alternatives at lower cost
 - Encourage patients to use eGuthrie, the patient portal to Guthrie EHR, for individualized health maintenance screening reminders
