RE: 2024 Home Care Cost Report Web-based Tool Launch
The 2024 Home Care Cost Report will be available on Friday, May 30, 2025. On that date, you will receive an email from us-advrisknyshc@kpmg.com notifying you that the 2024 cost report is available. Providers will have 90 days to complete the cost report. Cost report submissions will be due on Friday, August 29, 2025.
The Department of Health (DOH) and its contractor, KPMG, will be hosting a live 2024 Home Care Cost Report Kickoff Webinar in June of 2025. KPMG will send a follow-up email with specifics regarding the webinar soon. The live webinar will focus on changes and new information specific to the 2024 cost report year. In addition to the Kickoff Webinar, Home Care Cost Report resources are available on the Department's website, including a pre-recorded webinar for new home care providers, or those providers that would like a refresher on the Home Care Cost Report background, key information, and Tool functionality. Similar to previous years, the 2024 cost report will be accessible on the Home Care Tool Dashboard at the link below. Please note that the “2024” option will not be available until May 30, 2025. For users who have completed 2019-2023 Home Care Cost Reports, your login credentials for the web-based Tool will be the same. If your agency needs to add additional users to the Tool, please send an inquiry to us- advrisknyshc@kpmg.com. In your inquiry, please include the first name, last name, and email address of the individual that needs access.
