DAL-CHHA Medicaid Reimbursement Rates

Dear Administrator:
This letter is in regard to your Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) Episodic Medicaid reimbursement rates effective April 1, 2022. The State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2022-23 Enacted Budget provided for a 1 percent increase in provider reimbursement rates retroactive to April 1, 2022. This rate increase was applied to the most recent rates available in eMedNY as outlined:
- Downstate (Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester )CHHA Episodic - January 1, 2020
- NYC CHHA Episodic - January 1, 2019
- Rest of State CHHA Episodic - October 1, 2015.
The provider-specific rates have been posted for your information at: Certified Home Health Agency Rates (ny.gov).
The payment for the April 1, 2022 rates to effectuate the interim 1 percent increase will be made in Cycle 2353 with a check release date of October 12, 2022.
