DAL-CHHA Medicaid Reimbursement Rates

Dear Administrator:
This letter provides information about your Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) Pediatric Medicaid reimbursement rates effective October 1, 2022. The State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2022-23 Enacted Budget provided for a Minimum Wage increase for home care aides of two dollars effective October 1, 2022.
Effective October 1, 2022, the Minimum Wage rate adjustment for Home Care Aides increased by $2 plus an adjustment for corresponding Fringe Benefits.
The provider-specific rates have been posted for your information here.
The payment for the October 1, 2022, rates to effectuate the Minimum Wage increase will be made in Cycle 2356 with a Check Date of October 24, 2022, and a Check Release Date of November 9, 2022.
