Dear Administrator,

This letter contains information pertaining to your Hospice Medicaid Minimum Wage rate addon for calendar year 2024. The 2023 Hospice Minimum Wage individual survey results have been incorporated in the January 1, 2024, Hospice rate. The attached rates have been processed and will be effective in cycle 2450, check release date August 21^st, 2024.
