Dear Administrator:
The Non-Residential Hospice rates effective October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, have now been updated. The rates are calculated in accordance with Article 40 of the Public Health Law (PHL) and Subpart 86-6 of Title 10 of the Commissioner's Administrative Rules and Regulations.
Additionally, these rates incorporate minimum wage increases based on survey data that was submitted and attested and continue the 2022 Enacted State Budget one percent (1%) enhancement.
The rates are attached to this letter and are posted on the NYS DOH public website. The payment for the October 1, 2024, Non-Residential hospice rates was made in cycle 2481, check release date March 26, 2025.
