Dear Administrator:

The Non-Residential Hospice rates effective October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, have now been updated. The rates are calculated in accordance with Article 40 of the Public Health Law (PHL) and Subpart 86-6 of Title 10 of the Commissioner's Administrative Rules and Regulations.

These rates also incorporate minimum wage increases based on survey data that was submitted and attested to by Hospice Providers. Additionally, the 2022 Enacted State Budget one percent (1%) enhancement is continued.

The rates are attached to this letter and are posted on the NYS DOH public website at http://www.health.ny.gov/facilities/long_term_care/reimbursement/hospice/. The payment for October 1, 2025, Non-Residential hospice rates will be made in cycle 2532, check release date March 18, 2025.
