OMIG Self-Disclosure Obligation Reminder Pursuant to Social Services Law §363-d and Title 18 of the New York Codes, Rules and Regulations SubPart 521-3, any person who has received an overpayment under the New York State (NYS) Medicaid program is required to report, return, and explain the overpayment through the OMIG Self-Disclosure program.
