1115 Medicaid Waiver Annual Reports
The State is required to submit an Annual Monitoring Report to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), as specified in the Special Terms and Conditions (STCs). Annual Monitoring Reports provide an update on waiver programs and outline the State’s progress in meeting the goals of the demonstration.
