Thank you for your request for an amendment to the New York section 1115 demonstration titled “New York Medicaid Redesign Team” (Project Number 11-W-00114/2), received on December 21, 2022. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) reviewed the new components proposed through the amendment in accordance with 42 CFR 431.412(a) and find the state's application to be complete.

New York's amendment application will be posted on Medicaid.gov for a 30-day federal comment period in accordance with 42 CFR 431.416(b). The state's application will be available here.
